I've been trying to decide what IBM's motiviation is for this.  Is it
because they really do think the motivation for SCO's lawsuit has been
Microsoft all along, and are trying to preempt the next anticipated move? 
Or is it to influence the battle in the EU and European Parliament?  It
surely isn't because of the goodness of IBM's corporate heart!
