In general Trap D is either physical hardware failure or a driver
problem. I would re-install the driver and you might also want to check
you don't have an interupt conflict between this card and some other
component in the system. If your BIOS allows it, I'd allocate a specific
interupt to the SCSI adapter, then no other device should try to share it.
