I see you already got LOTS of advice!  But, I'll put my two-cents or my vote 
in for OCTOBER!  It's still warm enough to go swimming and to enjoy the three 
Disney water parks, but cool enough so that us Yankees from the frigid North 
don't die from heat strokes.  It's not crowded and few attractions are closed 
down.  Also, this year, Disneyworld is celebrating their 25th, so there ought 
to be extra special entertainments going on starting with October (when Magic 
Kingdom was opened)!  We're going in November, so we'll see how much cooler 
it is during November.  How soon are you planning on going?
