Like many/most so-called Ultrabooks - and like the models they replace - the new
Retina-screen MacBook Pro models have glued-in non-removable batteries,
soldered-in RAM, etc, making them difficult to repair or upgrade.

Frankly, given the goal of slimness and maximum battery-size it would have
been surprising if this wasn't the case.

Folks looking to do-it-themselves are not the target market and should
certainly look elsewhere!
