SOmething else I notice on my XP box that happens in Firefox 24.0
and Foxit is when I use the scroll wheel to continue reading what's
on a page, I see a quick Flash or Blink in the middle of the text.

This has been going on for a long time but I thought I'd ask if
that is a normal occurance since You (and other readers here)
use computers all the time.
This is on the XP box, I can't remember if I see it in Vista or not.
