it does but older versions of OS/2 do not have networking capabilities...
Warp 3 came without networking and there was an add-on for it... then Warp
3 Connect came out with networking built in... every version of OS/2 since
then has had networking built in but it has to be specifically set up and
configured... and if one doesn't have a network interface card, it won't do
anything... there has to be a NIC driver in place to bind the protocols
to...
