Really! I used to cold pack tomatoes and water bath them for 40 minutes
and that was it. Now I have to remember to add lemon juice, cut up the
tomatoes, and let them go more like 50+ minutes. Last week I did up a
canner load and forgot the lemon juice. I ended up dumping the batch.
Fortunately, there's more in the garden.....
