I haven't head anything about the Belle Isle Pike in years.  The fish is
likely history.  A fact that small dogs are grateful for.  Pike are mean,
that one more than most.

I have seen the huge carp in inland lakes  I saw them once so thick in the
shallows of Kent Lake that the ducks couldn't get in the water.  Not even
Syndi's duck
