That's one thing that gets diluted. "Average Albertan" just *might* be a
Newfie.  Hell, even I aint native to the province.

"Mind over matter?" Well, there is nothing you can do to speed
the two passes a
liver needs to clear the blood. The only real thing we can do is to make sure
the organism is "hydrated", and the salts are abundant enough to
soak up the
bad stuff. Don't forget, toxic shock is inevitable if a person really wants to
practise stupidity.

Actually, a banana is better able to curb a hangover than a gallon of H20 is.

The latest about coffee and beer, is that the net result is a gain on the water
front. About the sugars in juice, could you elaborate? I can imagine the
refined stuff would do you no favours, but what about suckin' down some fresh
fruit?
