Makes sense.  There were a lot of hispanics around these parts 15 or so
years ago (legallity unknown to me), but there are not near as many over
the past 5 or so.  Our economy was going downhill before the 2003 recession
and has only just recently started to recover, assuming you have the skills
they are looking for.
