It only takes a few minutes: 1) Boot the GS into the Finder from the 3.5" floppy. 2) Select the RAMdisk in the Finder and select Disk-->Initialize from the menu. This will take about two seconds. 3) Open a window for the 3.5" boot disk and Select All in the main window. 4) Drag the icons over to the RAMdisk. 5) Select "RAM Disk" for the "Startup:" option in the "Slots" part of the control panel. 6) Reboot. Voila! You are now running 6.0.1 from the RAMdisk. Takes about two minutes.
