I have never heard of Tommoy; maybe you mean Tannoy? If so, Tannoy
makes great studio monitors, using coaxial drivers that are time aligned,
and sound very neutral. If you prefer coaxial desogns, you might look
into TOC cabinets; they, at least, are designed for sound reinforcement.

If this "consultant" is suggesting Tannoy for sound reinforcement, he
has no clue what he's talking about, and y'all should get a new
consultant. If you really want to end up with a pristine system, and
still spend a good chunk of money, go with Meyer; nothing comes close
to Meyer for sound reinforcement, and they probably wouldn't cost as much
as studio monitors. Take care.
