Dear Julia,
      Thanks much for your consern about Wayne.  He is as well as can be
expected.   We are taking the train trip so that he can exersize his
love of travel without the strain of driving.  He will never [short of a
miracle] be well but he is holding things together so far.
     We leave on the first train trip in 4 days [ Easter Monday].
clothes packing will take about half an hour, but figuring out what
crafts and food and other entertainment i can haul, and how,   is major
struggle.
    I want to take the pineneedle Basketry because it gets such
attention from other crafters on the trip.  Emb. and xs are so compact
that they are good too.  When we were in Europe, my stitching broke the
ice so well that we got more invitations than we could take up.
