No.  There has been rational discussion and exchange of information
regarding marijuana as a medicinal herb on HERBS-N-SUCH.  Tomas also
participated in the discussion.  What was banned there was flaming,
which, incidentally, was carried on by none other than Jane.  She
apparently stopped posting there because she was not interested in
discussion on any other terms.  After Jane was gone, the discussion
continued until the exchange of information was done, and then it ended.
