I think the first beta was worse than the one I (and probably you) have,
but I've found that it displays graphics upside down when running on Merlin
(it's fine on to other Warp v3 (FP22) machines I've loaded it onto. It also
throws up the odd "out of memory exception on thread 1" (or
something like that). Then there are the missing (greyed out) options.

It is a beta though and not a bad one at that.
