I spent some time today on the phone with a guy who wanted to block others
using his computer from reading his mail. I don't use Outlook Express
myself, but I fired up my copy and then walked him through the
"Help" menu. It wasn't easy. I doubt he'll catch on: much
easier to just call me.
When he gets the bill for 30 minutes {at} $180/hr, maybe then he'll take the
hint that I am not his general computing on-call tech, but only for
connectivity issues (they have a T1 with us).
