True -- virtually all legislation passes through last-minuite glitches. I
was simply noting how Gary had massaged the facts, i.e.

"Government sensibly updates old law that would otherwise have treated
space-tourism flights as if they were standard commercial flights"

into his fantasy, i.e.

"Government stupidly attempts to derail progress towards space tourism"
