My believe is that some CPU buffer space is being exausted when the CPU 
attemps to render the character.  My experiance was that if I used printer 
fonts, there was no problem hence printer memory is not a problem. I have 
16meg in the CPU but occasionaly run into this problem so it's not raw 
memory.  It may be in the driver.  Anyone asked HP about this?
