Ah yes, the not-so-super duper speedo ones.  They're a dime a dozen I hear.
 The only passemger one we have on the Island are those self propelled
passenger car ones.  Not super duper speedo at all but I guess nobody
taking it is in all that big a rush.  I think it only runs once a day too. 
I've seen it go by on occasion.

That's a long stretch but so goes the Navy life.  As for not much to say I
would guess that the Navy prefers it that way.  One day much like the
other.
