This is scary, we now agree on at least TWO items ( Gun control being = the other )

While I was in PA I watched the city of Coatesville try to take over a =
long time family farm, for a recreation facility, over the objections of =
the citizens.Most of the farm was not in the city limits.  Not sure what =
the ultimate outcome was.=20

    Increasing the tax base can be a public good but what if you move =

was argued to the Supreme Court this year.  I don't know if a decision =
has come out yet or not, but the really scary part is that the decision =
is far from certain and the court could rule that its perfectly fine for =
politicians to steal people's property in order to enhance the so called =
public good of increasing the local property tax base.
