That's scary, As more governments find out about this I expect more to =
try and use it. Personally I think that those who support this should be =
the first to give up their property . Hey Mr. Mayor, I'll move into your =
house and they can take mine .

Increasing the tax base can be a public good but what if you move all of =
the Public out . Good for who then.
