Dana Berliner and Scott Bullock are attorneys at a libertarian = non-profit
group called The Institute for Justice, which has filed suit = on behalf of
the Saleets against the City of Lakewood. They claim that = taking private
property this way is unconstitutional.=20

Although I question the 10,000 even once is too many. Government has NO =
business taking property for any non direct governmental use ( and = should
use that carefully)
