Yes, as the OLR I am currently working on, now reads mail packets quite
well.  Since this my program is being developed with the intentions of
making money, I'm not really in a position to offer examples....but
suffice to say, the QWK standard is rather interesting.   In any
case, this project started with C++ under Windows 3.1, then moved to C
under Windows 95 (Borland released an update for Borland C++ 4.5, but it
didn't include the OWL libraries, and I bought Delphi instead of Borland
C++ 5.0), and then moved to Delphi, where it has really taken off.  On,

Pascal examples....
