You might be surprised at how many actually do.  I have several callers that
call to only use my QWK and Blue Wave offerings.  In fact, I'm sitting in the
East Tennessee State University library right now using Multimail/64 to do
the mail reading (my wife is researching for a paper so I thought I'd come
over here and wait while she's looking).

You'd think that offline mail would be a dead format these days, but I've
been proven wrong on that point many times over.
