OK, I'll play.  In 2006 Cheney resigns after yet another heart attack. Bush
names Condoleezza Rice as his replacement.  The Senate Democrats crap their
trousers.

Rice wins the presidency in 2008 with black voters crossing old lines in
numbers not seen since Reconstruction.

The difference is that we are not going after all the dictators --
principally limiting ourselves to those we see as a threat and/or in a
strategic position to influence entire regions by non-military means.
