 Yep, that's true.  I missed that day in Mr. Crase's science class.  Anyway,
 pressure being the driving force against a vacuum is a tough one to grasp.
 Tha also explains why a  bubble of CO2 forms at the peak of my siphon hose
 while transferring my homebrew from one vessel to another.. :)
