No, a Letter of Counseling (LOC)... it's a letter reprimanding you for your
actions, but is not as "significant" as a Letter of Reprimand
(LOR).  After LOR comes the UCMJ Articles, with Art. 15 being the
catch-all, non-judicial punishment.
