A lot depends on how it all works out I suspect. We're too close to
everything now to have perspective.
My own theory is that Iraq is only a small piece of a much larger and
bolder plan for the middle east. If it falls apart then Dubbya goes down
as another mediocre prez. If it comes together, then he'll be hailed as a
true visionary. We won't know how it works out for another 30-50 years or
so.
