Not very.  Additionally the copper cones are widely available anywhere
there are oil and gas exploration and production operations (i.e, all over
the Middle East).   Shaped charges are used in oilfield
perforating guns to shoot holes in downhole piping and the surrounding rock
faces to allow fluid flow intot he wellbore.
