Hi Roger -

You have presented an awful lot of technical stuff and readers might
experience burnout. I think you need some real photos of refractors,
lenses, blanks, cells, tools (e.g. spherometers), and so on. The pics need
not be discussed in the text, but would have a caption instead. Just
something to stir up the ATM juices.
