Thank heaven we've put behind us the shame of that appeaser Bill Clinton,
and his craven deal with North Korea in 1994 to trade fuel and aid for an
ambiguous halt in their bomb program... under which they covertly began a
parallel program.

President Bush's negotiator appears to have concluded a *strong*,
*bold*, *uncompromising* deal to trade fuel and aid for an ambiguous
halt in their bomb program... while avoiding the subject of the parallel
program and retaining the warheads most likely built iunder it.

I think any fair-minded American can see the difference.
