     While Borland didn't send out letters to registered users, they
     have done a great deal toward getting the word out.  There were
     announcements on the CompuServes forums (the "semi-official" 
     online resource), announcements in "Paradox Informant," and a
     lot of discussion threads here.
 
     Borland even provided a list of exactly what was fixed in the
     release.  (It's available from the PDOXWIN forum on CI$, their
     ftp site, and [I think] their web page.)
