^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^It does not update all the worlds 
namservers.......you pick the "name"  say  mike.dyndns.com .  that static 
domain name is pointed to your current dynamic ip by their server!
