Your tagline is not "displeasing". It is in violation of the rules of this
echo! Specifically rule number 9 which I have included.
  9. The use of visible ASCII (control) characters ASCII 31 and below,
and the use of eight bit characters above ASCII 127 is not permitted.
Some computer systems cannot handle these characters properly.

Thank you very much for admitting that your tagline characters fall below the
ASCII character 32. That makes it so much easier knowing that you will thus
know that you are in clear violation of the echo's rules.
And while I'm on this roll... Your comments regarding Moderator policy or
this echo's rules belong in Netmail - NOT in the echo!
  2. Questions or comments regarding Moderator policy and/or this
echo's rules are welcomed, but we must request that they be
restricted to Netmail in order prevent unnecessary disruption of
the normal discussions carried out in the echo.
WM> BTW, did you say that you enjoyed the Dale Carnegie course that was
WM> hosted by the adoptees? May I say that it shows?
And you can keep your snide remarks to your self and out of the echo.
  3. Be considerate of one another and keep your sense of humor. Personal
attacks (thinly disguised or not) are prohibited.
Should you wish to continue to have access to this echo, you would be well
advised to stop posting messages that are contrary to the rules of this echo.
Should you not have a copy of the rules of this echo available, please check
to see if there is one in the older messages on the BBS you are calling. The
echo rules are posted automatically in the echo on the 15th and 30th of each
month. I would *-strongly-* advise that you not post any further messages
until after you have read AND understood all of the rules for this echo. And
trying to "tip-toe" around the echo rules is also not tolerated.
ALL further communications from you on this subject matter is to be carried
out via Netmail ONLY!! Not in the echo!
