I agree, all I'm suggesting is taking it from "pretty well
insulated" to "very well insulated" or even to
"extremely well insulated" or possibly to "insanely well
insulated"..

I think any one of those would have a bigger effect on the power grid than
simply varying the temperature by 1C.
