   You can put it into the INCLUDE directory, usually, or in
   your working directory along with your source code. If it
   is a commonly used header and code, then you might wish to
   put the header into your INCLUDE directory and make a .LIB
   of the code portion and put it into your LIB directory.
   Otherwise, just having the header and the code .OBJ in your
   working directory should be sufficient.
