I believe Your memory is much better than mine. I remember Cott starting this 
for a reason, but can't remember exactly. I think it was hard to get him to 
do any kind of support thing here as he had come up with the idea that he 
could not charge for the RG software, but in a practical idea, if one wanted 
support You would not register RG, but would log on to his system and if You 
donated like 15.00 You would be able to get support through his system. That 
way You weren't paying for RG but were still helping him for the work he had 
done. OTOH, those were the days before telnet and such that would help save 
money. I do remember having to call down there and phone bill was a 
consideration.

Doesn't seem to be enough support in many specific echos. Except Rob and 
others there, do a good job in Synchronet support.

EleBBS support was cooking good there for awhile, I dunno what happened 
there, it seemed it was on a resurgence, then gone.
