October 22, 2002, Baikonur cosmodrome

Preparation of the Soyuz TMA-1 spacecraft for launch to the 
International Space Station with the fourth Russian visiting crew 
(VC-4) is in progress.  At 10 hours Moscow time, a meeting of the 
Technical Management was held which made a decision to proceed with 
Soyuz TMA-1 filling.
