I haven't checked x2ftp for this file for a long time, I have the Book,
(Thanks Joe!)but if it isn't exactly here then it will be nearby. That and
x2ftp has some good programmers resources, so a little browsing of the site
won't hurt you a bit.

The file is a little over 600k zipped. You get the text from the
book plus, the BASIC, and ASM source code.
