Humm. Possibly. However that just may mean someone bought them from someone
else who has lots of Iranian produced kit as a "job lot".

The weapons numbers are such that std arms dealers could supply local demand.

The fun part of shaped charge + copper is that the beastie is a doddle to
build from the steel pans /tubes to hold the explosive to a cone of copper
(possibly made from melted down phone/electric cables).

Std metal shop could churn them out were it to have a supply of mil grade
plastic explosive.

I often wondered wrt sections of metal scaffolding pole.
