Great theory. But my point is nothing has changed since the last time you claimed this would happen. The Arab countries tend to talk big, but are very reluctant to put their money where their mouth is. Right after the Hamas election you claimed this, but the salaries are still not being paid and the Palestinians are struggling to find a way to get Western aid in the country. Nothing has changed and I don't know what you are basing this new claim on now.
