Ah, the National Post.  Canada's "the private sector is the answer;
what was your question?" newspaper.  Started by ... and, until a few
years ago, owned by ... Conrad Black.  (You may have heard of him ;-) )

The article was published in yesterday's paper and my copy hit the office
recycling bin yesterday so I can't confirm if the compositing error made it
into the printed edition.

I subscribe because the rate is low and they have a good cryptic crossword.
 Quite good business news, too.
