I think it is not best for me to answer this, but I know there's a lot of
expertise here that can answer this individual's questions. (As this
request came directly to me, until I learn otherwise, I will forward cojent
responses to him -- along with a suggestion that he join the list, of
course!!).

Hello,
I'm writing to you in the hope that you might be
able to help me sort out some design specs.
I don't wish to bother you, with some simple
questions,I do however need to start asking questions when I would like to
make an informed desion.
Anyhow I'm in the process of building a scope and
have all ready purchased a mirror(10" f/6 research grade Meade)this is
where I am currently.
Their is so many books out there saying for example
to pair the mirror up with a 2.14 all the way up to 2.50" secondary(I
am looking for the happy medium between planatry/deep space views that's
best )
Another thing is the holder heated unheated, risking
three vain or using four.allowing room for heating the primary in the tube or not
Also these books mention a sturdy tube and leave me
with the sonatube and not that many alturnative's
Any advise would be very much appecated,I realize
that's allot of question but prevous experience or acquired knowledge is a
great thing to share.
     Thank You For Your Time
