Check out the SWAG homepage and download the SWAG snippets for MAIL and 
ARCHIVE as they've got pascal code and descriptions for QWK, BLUEWAVE and so 
forth.  Other than that, treat it like a binary file with record sizes of 1 
(one)  byte.  Then just read the necessary bytes to populate the header and 
division info and break out the message stuff from that.
