Yeah thanx for the reply. Your'e right about b7 i tend to prefer British
SCI FI and comedy.

The BBC didn't provide a huge budget to SCI FI shows like that and thus the
shows relied on their genius and thought provoking to keep them going.
Whilst all the US could come up with was big budget superficial crap :-)
The author's of these shows are characters themselves. Just look at the minds
behind these shows like Hitch Hikers guide (Douglas Adams) Red Dwarf (Rob
Grant and Doug Naylor) Blake's Seven (Terry Nation) Doctor Who (every
british author had a go at writing DR. Who it was Terry Nation who invented
the Daleks).
I personally feel that watching sci fi like the above you can gain
something out of them as well as entertainment. As you say who but B7 could
have avon being the character whilst being a cold bastard - it's more real
to life than the escapism that Star Trek offers.

Any way enough crapping on from me once I have seen all of B7 what do you
suggest I have a look at next?

Regards,

        Fletch

P.S. Tarrant is pissing me off!
