You need to have port 60179/udp open for the IBC server. You also
need 60179/tcp open if you want to use EMSI over TCP (IFC). In
my router I set port 60179 to both, Then the local sever will work.

If you want to connect here add The Rusty MailBox to your chat
server setup and netmail or email me your URL and the password
