These error/s was caused because the file created NOT using a text editor.

It had 3 erroneous characters at the beginning of the submitted file.
Fixed and resubmitted.

Do not use the editor your used on this file only a pure text editor.

For Win 10 notepad and saving as a txt file works on my laptop.
