DD> Ditto. Russell Brooks is the one with the tone recognition problem. The 0123 sdl fixed this, at my exchange, but it hangs up on some old fax machines now. The the 11195 sdl recognised all tones except std pips, again on my exchange. The best sdl on mine, is flakey with dial tone detect on Randalls and Bills exchanges but handles busy well .
