Over in Micronet, Simon Horton (the author of Sauron Linux BBS) is creating
just that.  He's doing it at the request for several sysops who asked about
it when he mentioned he was thinking about writing one.  He's wanting to
make it for DOS, OS/2, Win32 and Linux, so you might just get what you're
wanting. :)
