Nice spew, but you need to get back to the topic of DACA applicants who were
brought here as minors not under their control. Most of these kids only know
the US as their home so tell me, just where does one send a minor who was
brought here by their parents at 2 months old? Did the kid commit a crime?

We're talking DACA, not the EB-1 visa program. When a work visa expires, the
holder must reapply. Those in the DACA program do not have green cards, must
reapply every two years and in order to get a green card must return to the
country of their birth and apply for it. Remember, there is a lottery
depending on the country of origin as set forth by the INS. DACA recipients
generally do NOT have a path to permanent residence (green card). Even when
trying to self deport they must be granted an 'adjustment of status' form or
else they'll be removed from DACA. Being they entered the US illegally, through
no fault of their own, it can be very difficult to obtain legal status via
DACA. The unlawful entry makes them ineligible for a DACA green card. Catch-22.
MP> Oh, I know, that is just too difficult...
Maybe you don't understand. Before DACA there was no program to get a work visa
for these. DACA gave them that opportunity and under DACA guidelines, every
two years they must register AGAIN. None of them have issue with that. Now,
instead of Congress looking at the Dream Act, which has been around since 2001,
those assholes just kick it down the road. What the Obama administration did
was jump start it thinking those very same assholes would reopen te Dream Act
thus resolving the issue. $300 billion/year on a Congress that does absolutely
nothing. So now we are here. Ultimatum time. I am a firm believer in DACA
but I understand why Trump setup the timeframe. Hopefully Congress will
finally get off it's ass and pass the Dream Act so this bullshit gets put to
bed finally.
